We are fortunate enough to be able to offer a vast selection of career opportunities across our core areas such as food and beverage, kitchen, accommodation, housekeeping, river touring and operations, reservations and retail, front office and corporate head office. These areas are the cornerstone of our business.
Our business operates across seven days a week therefore, operational roles’ hours of work will vary to meet the demands of the business. Further, we experience very busy trade during the beautiful dry season (April to October). During this period we do have a large number of casual and short term contract positions available.
In addition to our operational roles, we have a dedicated team of professionals located in our head office, who provide support to our front of house operations. These professionals work in the areas of Sales and Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.

Campground Supervisor
Housekeeping Supervisor
Nitmiluk Tours is currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a small team of Housekeeping Attendants, supervising work across both Cicada Lodge (luxury 5 star boutique hotel) and Nitmiluk Tours venues, accommodation and facilities.
Duty Manager
The Duty Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all departments including staff supervision and customer liaison on a daily basis while maintaining excellent customer service within the guidelines of company policies.
Human Resources Manager
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is being offered on a permanent, full time basis, working Monday to Friday. The role will be based in the Katherine Town Head Office, and will be required to regularly travel to Nitmiluk Gorge (approximately 30km from town office).
Finance Administration Officer
We are seeking a Finance Administration Officer to join our small friendly team located in town! This is a fixed, casual position required for approximately 6 months, commencing 3 April 2018.
Cook/ Chef - 2018 Season Position
Nitmiluk Tours will be seeking a number of cooks and chefs to join our kitchen for the 2018 dry (tourist) season. These are casual positions, working various shifts over a seven (7) Day rotating roster. The positions will require a minimum 3 month committment from April 2018 and are based at Nimtiluk Gorge (approximately 30km from Katherine town).
