Guest Services - Cicada Lodge

Unique opportunity to join the team at the multi-awarded Cicada Lodge, a sanctuary in the middle of Nitmiluk National Park, from which to embrace the ancient landscapes and indigenous culture within the iconic Nitmiluk National Park.

Our Guest Services Team are crucial to the success of Cicada Lodge, ensuring excellent service is delivered to our valued Guests. As approximately 60% of the role requires Food and Beverage skills a high level of Food and Beverage knowledge / experience is essential.

To be Successful in this Role you will have:

• A high level of customer service skills
• Fluent English
• Food and Beverage experience (barista, beverage knowledge)
• Previous experience working in luxury accommodation or equivalent
